Sorry for the inconvenience, please write us a mail instead. We are just a couple of guys building stuff. This site is still being upgraded and lots of functions have yet to be added. We are very cautious with purchase plug-ins. For now we'd rather process orders manually with mails and have them paid through PayPal, which is a lot more secure and reliable for both sides. We will keep on improving over time.

Additional expenses other than PayPal fee, including but not limited to tariff, VAT, other taxes and charges are NOT covered by RealSimWorld unless specifically addressed otherwise on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship with flat rate?
A:
Our carriers provide flat rate shipping only for packages under specified weight and volume, to regions where their services have covered. Otherwise we would have to ship at standard rate, and extra shipping charge needs to be paid. Flat rate is cheaper at certain costs including but not limited to: generally taking longer to deliver, some packages may never have a tracking number, when packages arrive at destination address they may be dropped off your front porch without notice. These are uncertainties we've deemed as high risk factors, hence lost packages are not refundable if you still insist on shipping with flat rate.
